Shipping policy

Elevime products are dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. Shipping directly from the factory with no importers, distributors or retail middlemen is part of how we keep our products at a fair price.

Delivery times. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping costs. Standard delivery is free.

Customs and import charges.

All taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels. Every shipment is insured and tracked. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, or your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
